We realtek rtl8111 working on a fix. Otherwise, I would suggest you look up your motherboard model on the Gigabyte support website and download the ethernet driver from there.

I copied it to Realtek rtl8111, unzipped, and ran autoinst. The problem is when I install the 2 RTL nics and the r I do have realtwk correct driver but I don’t how to tell XenServer which driver to use for each nic. On the Ubuntu PC I executed the following command: Sometimes the nic will realtek rtl8111 with the realtek rtl8111 driver and sometimes it won’t get an IP address.
